They market and sell it for you; you’re emailed the moment it happens and it’s recorded for both sides. Short on inventory? Add theirs and earn the split. It’s open to any active subscriber — salesperson under a broker or still processing your PRC license, you’re welcome here. Submitting your PRC details earns an optional “Verified by AgentsPH” badge, but it isn’t required to join. Deals settle directly between agents — AgentsPH records the agreement but never touches the commission, and is never a party to the transaction.
