Our business is Pro: ₱499/month for the tools an agent at volume eventually wants — a custom domain, an unbranded site, unlimited AI imports, email automations. Later, agents will be able to pay for featured placement on the public Browse page. That model only works if thousands of agents build their practice here free — so the free plan is the product, not the bait. The platform is free. Your success is the business model.

No. Your site starts fully designed with sample content — replace the photos and words, pick a theme, publish. Most agents go live in one evening, and we are happy to help you set up over a call.

Never. The free plan is free, and Pro is flat — ₱499/month whether you close one deal or ten. Your commission is between you, your client, and your broker. Money in the co-broke network moves agent to agent; it never passes through us.

GCash or bank transfer — no credit card, no lock-in, no surprise auto-charges. You start on the free plan and stay there for free as long as you like; upgrade to Pro only when you want the power tools. To go Pro, send payment, paste your reference number on the Billing page, and we activate within the day.

A ₱2M sale at 3% is a ₱60,000 commission. A full year of Pro is ₱5,988 — less than a tenth of one closing. Annual is ₱4,990/year — twelve months for the price of ten. Save ₱998 against paying monthly all year.

Our agent-refers-agent program — automatic, and it makes Pro cheaper. Every agent gets a personal referral code in the Studio under “Refer & earn”. When someone you refer becomes a paying Pro subscriber, 20% comes off your own Pro bill — every billing cycle they stay subscribed (if they lapse, it pauses until they are back). Your kasama gets 15% off their first payment too, and everything is tracked live on your dashboard. Discounts stack with no referral limit, capped at 100% — five active referrals and your Pro is free, and it renews automatically at no cost with nothing to claim.

You simply drop to the free plan — your site stays online, your listings stay live, and your leads stay in your dashboard (export to CSV anytime). Nothing is deleted. Only the Pro tools switch off. Upgrade again whenever you are ready.
