Sino ang responsable sa co-broke transactions?
Kayo ng kapwa agent. The AgentsPH Partners pool lets you open a listing for co-broke at a split you set, and lets other agents add it and sell it for you — but AgentsPH only records the split you both agreed on and connects you. Settle the commission, the terms, and any concerns between yourselves (Messenger is perfect for that — we surface each other's Messenger link). AgentsPH is not a party to your co-broke arrangement: it never holds or handles commission money, does not enforce the split, and is not responsible for the outcome of any co-broke transaction. Deal directly with agents you trust, and keep your own records.
Is this a property portal like Lamudi or Carousell?
The opposite. On a portal you pay to be one of hundreds of results, and the leads belong to the portal. AgentsPH is your own branded site and your own CRM — only your listings, your name, your leads. Buyers never see a competitor next to your units. Own your traffic, own your leads.
Do I need to know how to make websites?
No. Your site starts fully designed with sample content — replace the photos and words, pick a theme, publish. Most agents go live in one evening, and we are happy to help you set up over a call.
Sinadya namin yan. Every section — hero, listings, your profile, the inquiry form — sits where buyers expect it, in a layout modeled on sites that actually convert. Sa drag-anywhere builders, ikaw ang designer: one wrong move and your site looks sira sa cellphone — which is where 9 out of 10 of your buyers will open it. Mukha kang professional from day one.
Where do my leads go?
Straight into your CRM, with the exact listing attached, plus an instant email alert. From there you move each lead along a pipeline — New, Contacted, Viewing, Offer, Won — with notes and call logs. And you can export everything to CSV anytime; your leads are yours.
Can I run Facebook or Google ads to my AgentsPH site?
Yes — that's the whole point. Point your boosts and ads at your link or your custom domain, straight to a listing or a category page. Every click lands on your brand alone, and every inquiry becomes a tracked lead with its source attached — hindi na Messenger thread na mawawala bukas. And since the subscription is flat with no per-lead fees, ad-generated leads cost you nothing extra.
Run your boosts, then check which channel actually delivers inquiries — hindi na hula.
What does "all-in-one" actually include?
The whole stack a solo agent needs to sell: your branded website, the lead CRM, the follow-up engine (8am "chase today" digests, one-tap quick replies, a Revive tab for dormant leads), and the closing toolkit (financing calculator, listing Share Kit, listing-to-lead matchmaking, commission tracker). One subscription, ₱349/month — walang dagdag-bayad kada feature.
What if I only do sales — or only rentals?
Show only the tabs you use. Sales-only, rentals-only, or all three including staycation units you manage. Your site, your call.
How do I pay for AgentsPH?
GCash or bank transfer — no credit card, no lock-in, no surprise auto-charges. Start with a 14-day trial (email only). When you subscribe, send payment, paste your reference number on the Billing page, and we activate within the day. We email you 5 days before expiry so you stay in control.
Does AgentsPH take a cut of my commission?
Never. The subscription is flat — ₱349/month whether you close one deal or ten. Your commission is between you, your client, and your broker.
Should I pay monthly or yearly?
Just ₱349/month — one closed deal's commission pays for years of AgentsPH. Save more with annual — ₱3,490/year (2 months free). Save ₱698 vs paying monthly all year.
What is Kasama Rewards?
Our agent-refers-agent program — fully automatic. Every agent gets a personal referral code in the Studio under “Refer & earn”. When someone you refer becomes a paying subscriber, 15% comes off your own bill — every billing cycle they stay subscribed (if they lapse, it pauses until they're back). It stacks with no referral limit, capped at 100% off: seven active referrals and your AgentsPH is free, claimable in one click on the Billing page. Your kasama gets 15% off their first payment too, and everything is tracked live on your dashboard — who signed up, who's subscribed, and exactly what your next bill will be.
Paano magiging libre ang AgentsPH ko?
Mag-refer ka lang. Bawat kasama mong active na subscriber, 15% off ang susunod mong bill — awtomatiko. Tatlong kasama, 45% off.
What happens if I cancel?
No contract, no drama — just don't renew. Your leads stay in your dashboard and export to CSV anytime, and nothing gets deleted. Come back whenever you're ready.
Sulit ba talaga ang ₱349?
Isang ₱2M na sale sa 3% commission: ₱60,000. Ang isang taon ng AgentsPH? ₱4,188 lang — hindi pa 7% ng iisang closing. One lead that doesn't die in a buried Messenger thread pays for everything.
