Beta service — features may change

AgentsPH is in active beta.The product is under continuous development: features may be added, changed, paused, or removed at any time, without prior notice, at our sole discretion. Prices, plan limits, and program terms (including Kasama Rewards and the vlogger co-profit program) may also change. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during beta. We recommend keeping your own copies of important data — you can export your listings and leads to CSV at any time.

Agreement

By creating a AgentsPH account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms apply to agents (subscribers). Property seekers inquiring through an agent's site deal with that agent directly.

The service

AgentsPH provides tools to publish a branded listings site, collect inquiries into a CRM, and receive email alerts. We are a software provider — not a brokerage, marketplace, portal, or payment processor.

• We do not guarantee leads, viewings, sales, or revenue.
• We never hold client funds — commissions are between you, your client, and your broker.
• You respond to and qualify each inquiry yourself.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One owner per tenant in the MVP; do not share credentials with untrusted parties.

Subscription and billing

• AgentsPH is free forever for every agent. Pro is optional and priced at ₱499/month or ₱4,990/year, with discounted 3-month and 6-month terms also available.
• Billing is manual during beta: you transfer via GCash or bank and upload proof in the Studio.
• Plan limits come from your active subscription record; your tier is derived from it.
• When a Pro period ends, you simply return to the free plan. Your published site stays live, every listing stays visible, and inquiries keep arriving — only the Pro tools pause until you upgrade again. Nothing is deleted.
• Payments are prepaid for the chosen term and are non-refundable once a term is activated (manual GCash payments in particular cannot be reversed by us). There is no lock-in: stop any time simply by not renewing, and your data (listings and leads) stays exportable to CSV.
• Kasama Rewards referral discounts and any free-Pro benefit from referrals are applied to your next payment or renewal and depend on your referred agents remaining active paying subscribers; they are not cash, are not redeemable, and may change during beta.

Co-broke "Partners" network

AgentsPH lets you open a listing to a private pool of fellow subscribers at a commission split you set, and lets you add other agents' open listings to your own site. By using the Partners network you agree that:

• AgentsPH is not a party to any co-broke arrangement. We only record the split you and the other agent agreed on and connect you — we do not broker, guarantee, mediate, or enforce it.
• We never hold, compute as binding, or handle commission money. All commissions, taxes, and payouts are settled directly between the participating agents, who are solely responsible for their arrangement and for compliance with PRC/DHSUD and RA 9646 rules on who may receive professional fees.
• AgentsPH is not responsible for the outcome of any co-broke transaction, including disputes, non-payment, or buyer/seller conduct. Deal only with agents you trust and keep your own records.
• When you open a listing for co-broke, its details — and your display name, verification status, and public Messenger link — become visible to other subscribers so they can carry it and reach you. When another agent adds your listing, a copy is published on their site until the placement ends.

Agent verification

The optional "Verified by AgentsPH" badge means we reviewed the PRC/DHSUD license details you submitted (which may include your license number and birthdate, used solely to check your record on the official PRC verification portal). It is not a guarantee of your licensure, standing, or fitness to practice, and it does not make AgentsPH responsible for your professional conduct or that of any other agent. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for maintaining your license in good standing.

Your content and responsibilities

You own the photos, copy, and prices on your site. You agree that:

• Your listings show accurate prices and availability status (no misleading offers or scams).
• You have rights to use all images and text you upload.
• You comply with PRC/DHSUD licensing rules and your tax obligations.
• You handle client communication, viewings, and negotiations yourself.
• You use lead personal data only for lawful, legitimate follow-up on inquiries.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use AgentsPH for fraud, harassment, spam, or unlawful listings.
• Attempt to bypass security, access other tenants' data, or abuse public APIs.
• Upload malware, SVG exploits, or content that violates third-party rights.
• Resell or white-label the platform without written permission.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Availability and changes

We aim for high uptime but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may update features, pricing, or these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms posted on this page.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for lost leads, failed closings, client disputes, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or ₱1,000, whichever is greater.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be brought in the courts of the Philippines, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
