Cookie Policy

Overview

AgentsPH uses a small number of cookies and browser storage technologies to keep agents signed in, remember demo preferences locally, and measure anonymous page performance. We do not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data.

Cookies we use

• el_session (httpOnly):keeps you logged into the Studio after sign-in. Expires per your "Keep me signed in" choice, up to 30 days.
• el_admin_return (httpOnly, admins only): temporarily parks a platform admin session while impersonating an agent account for support. Cleared on logout or a fresh login.

Local storage (not cookies)

• Demo preferences: the /demo page may store minor view preferences in your browser. Nothing is sent to our servers until you sign up.

Analytics

Published agent sites send first-party analytics events (page view, listing view, inquiry submitted) to our servers. These do not use third-party ad trackers. Data is rolled up nightly for agent dashboards.

Third parties

Cloudflare Turnstile (when configured) may set cookies to verify inquiry form submissions are human. Resend and Vercel do not place marketing cookies on your visitors through AgentsPH pages.

Your choices

You can block cookies in your browser, but the Studio will not stay signed in. Public agent sites work without cookies for visitors. To clear demo data, use your browser's site data controls for agentsph.com.
